1. Who operates this website?

These terms cover use of the website and initial enquiries. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.
2. Our service and the scope of these terms
We provide specialist permanent IT recruitment focused on Cloud Engineering, DevOps & Platform Engineering, Infrastructure & Networks, and Architecture & Technical Leadership. Our current service does not include contract staffing, IT consulting, managed services or outsourcing.
These website terms are separate from client recruitment terms of business. Commercial recruitment terms are discussed and agreed separately in writing before an engagement proceeds. These website terms do not set recruitment fees, exclusivity, payment deadlines, replacement guarantees or rebate arrangements.
Using the website or making an initial enquiry does not, by itself, engage us to carry out a search or establish an employment relationship.
3. Employer and candidate enquiries
Employers can contact us to discuss a vacancy and whether our specialist coverage fits the requirement. Candidates can introduce their experience, preferences and career interests. Provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and tell us about relevant corrections.
Only share personal information or documents you are entitled to share. Please leave identity documents and sensitive personal information out of initial enquiries; additional requirements, if any, will be discussed separately.
The current contact form opens a prepared draft in your email application. You must review and send that draft yourself. The website does not send the enquiry, confirm delivery or provide a CV-upload service. If no draft opens, use our direct email address.
4. Opportunities and recruitment outcomes
Job titles and technologies listed on this website describe our coverage; they are not advertised vacancies. There is currently no live vacancies feed.
We do not guarantee that an enquiry will result in an available vacancy, candidate introduction, interview, offer or appointment. Employers make their own hiring decisions, and candidates decide whether to pursue or accept an opportunity. Role details and practical arrangements should be confirmed during the relevant recruitment process.
We do not charge candidates for work-finding services.
5. Accurate information and acceptable use
Use this website lawfully and without interfering with other visitors or the service. Do not impersonate another person, provide knowingly misleading professional or vacancy information, send malicious content or unsolicited bulk messages, attempt unauthorised access, or disrupt or circumvent website security.
Do not use contact details obtained from the website to harass people or for unlawful marketing. We may take proportionate steps to protect the service, including restricting misuse and reporting unlawful activity where appropriate.
6. Website content and intellectual property
Rights in our branding, text, design, code and other website material belong to us or the relevant rights holders. Images and third-party material remain subject to their respective rights.
You may view the website and save or print reasonable extracts for personal career research or your organisation’s own recruitment evaluation, retaining relevant notices. You must not present the material as your own, misrepresent an association with us, or commercially republish our branding or content without permission or another lawful basis.
Nothing in these terms restricts uses permitted by applicable law or rights granted by a relevant third-party licence.
7. Third-party services and links
The website may link to external services or ask your own email application to open a draft. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy information. A link does not mean we endorse all of the destination’s content.
We do not control independent employers’ websites, email applications or other external services. Take reasonable care when using them and confirm the information relevant to your circumstances. This does not remove responsibility for our own conduct where the law makes us responsible.
8. Availability and information on the website
We aim to keep the website useful and accurate, but information may need correction or updating. General descriptions are not an offer of employment, a promise of a particular candidate or a substitute for confirming the details of an individual recruitment requirement.
Access may be interrupted for maintenance, security, technical problems or matters outside our reasonable control. We take reasonable steps to address issues we become aware of. Please tell us if a page, link or statement appears incorrect.
9. Responsibility and your legal rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability or legal right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
We remain responsible where applicable law makes us responsible for our acts, omissions or failure to use reasonable care and skill. These terms do not remove a consumer’s statutory rights or prevent a claim the law entitles them to make.
We are not responsible for loss caused solely by your unlawful misuse of the website, or solely by an independent third-party service over which we have no control, where we are not at fault. Any responsibility concerning a separately agreed recruitment engagement is addressed in its written terms and applicable law.
10. Contact, privacy and complaints
For questions about the website, these terms or our service, email recruitment@techsolutionx.co.uk or write to our registered office. Explain the issue and how we can contact you so we can investigate and respond.
For personal-information matters, including requests and privacy complaints, see the rights section and complaints section of our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these website terms to reflect changes to the website, our service or applicable requirements. The date above identifies the version. Updates apply to subsequent website use; they do not retrospectively change separately agreed recruitment terms or remove accrued legal rights.
12. Governing law and courts
These website-use terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. For business users, the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over disputes concerning these terms.
If you are a consumer, you keep any mandatory protections available under the law where you live and may use the courts available to you under applicable law, including in Scotland or Northern Ireland. Nothing here restricts those protections or rights.
